These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://kridhi.duckdns.org and your membership in the Kridhi Trading Mentorship Telegram group ("the Service"), operated by Kridhi Trading Consultancy, a proprietorship of Kanagaraj Krishnaraj ("we", "us"). By making a payment you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a paid online membership that gives access to a private Telegram group with share market learning content, market analysis for educational purposes and practice support. Membership is valid for the period shown at the time of purchase (currently 30 days per payment, unless a specific offer states otherwise).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India to purchase a membership.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website before payment.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Coupon codes are issued at our discretion, may be limited in number or time, and can be used only once per person unless stated otherwise.
- Membership does not renew automatically. To continue after expiry, you must make a new payment.
4. Access
- After a successful payment you will receive a link to activate access through our Telegram bot.
- Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing the group, links or content with others is not allowed.
- When your membership expires, you will be removed from the group automatically.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, forward or publicly share group content, not to spam or harass other members, and not to misuse the Service. We may remove members who break these rules without refund.
6. Educational purpose and risk disclaimer
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading and investing in the share market involve risk, including the loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Please consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before investing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current membership period.
8. Changes
We may update the Service, prices or these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are published on this page and do not affect a membership period that has already been paid for.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
