Kridhi Trading Mentorship is a digital membership that gives immediate access to a private Telegram group. Please read this policy before making a payment.
1. No refund after access
Once your membership is activated and Telegram group access is provided, the payment is non-refundable, including for partially used membership periods.
2. When we will refund
- Duplicate payment: if you are charged more than once for the same membership.
- Access not provided: if your payment was successful but we are unable to provide group access within 48 hours of you contacting us.
Eligible refunds are made in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
3. Cancellation
Memberships do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends on the expiry date unless you choose to pay again.
4. How to request a refund
Email legriskmanagement@gmail.com with your registered mobile number, payment date and Razorpay payment ID. We respond within 24 hours (All days, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST).
