This policy explains how Kridhi Trading Consultancy ("we") collects and uses your information when you use https://kridhi.duckdns.org and our Telegram bot.
1. Information we collect
- Mobile number you enter on the website, used for your payment receipt and membership support.
- Telegram details: your Telegram user ID, name and username when you start our bot.
- Payment information: payment status, amount, coupon used and Razorpay payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay, not by us.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, used only for security and to prevent abuse.
2. How we use your information
- To process payments and activate, renew or end your membership.
- To send membership messages such as payment confirmation, expiry reminders and service updates through Telegram.
- To provide customer support and prevent misuse of coupons or the Service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the Service (Razorpay for payments, Telegram for group access and messages, our hosting provider) or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secured servers and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, tax and accounting requirements.
5. Your choices
You can stop bot messages at any time by blocking the bot in Telegram. To access, correct or delete your information, email us. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting purposes.
